forward pass with multiple priors
When calculating the Forward Pass of the project shown below you should have no problems until you reach an activity with more than one prior activity. In the figure below there is no problem with calculating the Early Start Time of the first activities.
Intuitively, we know that an activity cannot start until all the activities leading to it have completed. Therefore, whenever there is more that one activity preceding a selected activity, the Early Start Time of the selected activity is the latest of the preceding Early Finish Times.
